Breakfast 1 orange 1 cup oatmeal 1 cup 1% milk 1 mug coffee 2 cups water Lunch 2 whole wheat pita pockets with spinach, tomato slices, 6 slices chicken lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo 1 pear 2 cups water Dinner Frozen meal with protein, starch, vegetables, and fruit 1 large Slimfast bar 2 cups water Denise Phares I'm eating a frozen meal for dinner because my husband is working an overtime from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. DP
