I just wanted to say thank you to everyone out there. I have found this website to be so helpful since I decided to make this life style change. I have only been eating right for 3 days now, but I don't think that they have been that bad. It really helps that I can log on and get new ideas, recipes and most of all inspiration. I am not typically a chat or forum kind of gal but this has been so helpful.
I know that this is hard to believe but today I actually got up early and did pilates (at 5:30 in the morning). Then my fabulous husband made me breakfast (healthy) and I started my day. I feel pretty good and I am defiantly not hungry! Anyhow, I hope that everyone has a good day and thanks for all of your support.

You will notice after more days of good health habits that your bod craves that. Hard to beleive, I know. But just remmeber how good you feel, really note the changes.

I like to say the only difference between 3 bites of something wicked and 10 bites of that wicked thing is the tenth bite has guilt, shame associated with it. So stop at 3!!!!!
The way "they" treat bulimics is to give a balanced meal. Eating fruits and vegetables with most meals/snacks gives your body what it craves - nutrients. When we eat crap, your body is still wanting, hence binges!!! Weird to think of, eh? Makes perfect sense.
