MOVING YET?
 Mowed the yard and got about 6800 steps in with about 2000 of those being aerobic.  It's the most exercise I've gotten in a while. Felt good and my knees didn't hurt too badly.  I've been taking it really easy so they can heal. They're no long popping so I think I'm gonna start back to walking again soon. 
Without the exercise I hit the 300lb mark this morning, even after a FILLING vacation! Woohoo!! Can't wait to see 299.9!! hahah 

Yeah, miss showoff, I'll get there one day!!!!!!!!!!!!
