(hands over ears)  Lalalalalalaaaaa...i am a Mary Kay lady!  Aren't those sold at health food stores? It does look like good make up. My only comment might be find out how you get matched, return policies.  then call your local MK lady.  LOL

I've used it for years.  I like it.   It goes on fast and what is great about it is when it gets hot it doesn't come off.  If you are going to purchase it I would get a kit that has the brushes in it.  If you purchase the brushes seperately it can get really expensive.  Congrats on your up and coming surgery.  I just love being a size 4  now without any effort.

i have been using bare minerals since September 06 and I have never had any breakouts due to clogged pores nor my rosacia condition.  I went to Ulta in Phx Az and purchased a starter kit for about $60.00.  It lasted through the holidays and then I went online and purchased several items.  I blend the colors and brush away my otherwise blotchy rudy skin.  My compection has improved and I am nearly 50 and I think I am looking younger.  Just remember to wash your brushes with shampoo about once a week to prevent discoloration from the build up of powders. It does not bother my allergies--it wouldn't matter anyhow since I am in the Sonoran Desert which is a terrible place for allergies.  There are more products I hope to acquire as I can afford them.  One last thing too--it is okay to sleep in it if you have to and you won't have to worry about wrecking your looks for the next day and yes--it holds up to sweating it up in the AZ heat!    Make sure to apply a nice moisturizer first.  Go to I think... www.sephora.com and like the lady above, start with a starter kit as it is a good value and gives you 3 brushes you will absolutely need.  While  you are at the Sephora line you will see a lot of other brands like Clinique which has great lipsticks.

I use the L'OREAL Bare Naturale which is similar in concept (and a lot cheaper).  I like it....great coverage and it don't sweat off

Hi Amy, and welcome to the board!  I can't say I've used the makeup nor do I know anything about it..:)  Looks to me from yoru picture like you're doing quite fine with whatever makeup you're using now!  My wife likes the normal brands that you can get from wal-mart. She says the other more expensive stuff is overated. :)

too funny that you posted this, I jsut ordered a starter kit last week. I ordered the starter kit for eyes and for face. I ordered it directly from the website. It was cheaper there than on QVC. I did see that they are introducing new products on April 28th and 29th on QVC because it is an anniversary or something like that. It might be a good time to get a new sale? I am not usually a QVCer just saw the ad on the internet. Anyhow, I hope that it goes well for you, I will let you know how it works out for me.

Hi Amy, I have used it for years, I get it from QVC and if you don't like it they will take it back and pay for your shipping. Try it you will love it. It stays on all day and does not clog pores, are gives you black heads.  They have a starter kit and it comes with brushes they are wonderful give it a try you will love it. Call Qvc 1-800-345-1515 The cloths are great also. NO I don't work for them LOL... Good luck oh the web site is qvc.com look around. ok I will stop now. LOL  Virgie.
