 How do you move today?  Let's start reporting how we went out of our way to increase physical activity.  Kinda keep each other accountable. Also, like to start a birthday log if you want to participate let me know. MY DH AND I MET A FRIEND AT THE SCHOOL THIS AFTERNOON AND WALKED TWO MILES, THEN I CAME HOME AND RODE THE STATIONERY BIKE FOR TWO MORE.

10/4/07 surgery 265, 11/7/07 1st fill  252, 12/27/07 2nd fill 243, 1/16/08 234, 2/27/08 3rd fill 230, 5/18/08 209, 6/12/08 home scale 200!!!!!!!!!!! 10/22/08 1 yr......184, 11/4/08.....170, Pouch dilation in April 10, complete unfill. Starting over! 7/29/10-175

OH, and i climbed up and down the stairs five times today instead of taking the elevator.

Yay Angie!  Great job I got off the couch after supper and wogged fro 55 minutes.  I slept in thismorning - could not fall asleep last night.  But I made up for my usually morning walk!

Did my morning cycling already (30 mins) and will do another session this afternoon.  I'll get out and walk for a little more than half a mile this afternoon also.  It's beautiful here in Knoxville the last couple days. Bert

I increased my speed on treadmill to 4.0 (granted it was for only 5 minutes--but I was flying baby!)  The rest of the time I'm going 2.5 for 5 minute warm up, 3.0-3.5 for 15 minutes, 4.0 for 5 minutes, and 2.5-3.0 for 5 minute slow down......

I'm trying to get to 1.5 miles in under 30 minutes.......I am up to 1.35 hope to get the 1.5 by the end of next week without killing myself......

Getting better....when I first started I could barely go 1.5 for 15 minutes

I smiled when I read that Janina, now thats my kind of exercise.... I'm so lazy!! Candy (who has practically every gym piece of equipment right in the next room)
