GET MOVING
How do you move today? Let's start reporting how we went out of our way to increase physical activity. Kinda keep each other accountable.
Also, like to start a birthday log if you want to participate let me know.
MY DH AND I MET A FRIEND AT THE SCHOOL THIS AFTERNOON AND WALKED TWO MILES, THEN I CAME HOME AND RODE THE STATIONERY BIKE FOR TWO MORE.
I increased my speed on treadmill to 4.0 (granted it was for only 5 minutes--but I was flying baby!) The rest of the time I'm going 2.5 for 5 minute warm up, 3.0-3.5 for 15 minutes, 4.0 for 5 minutes, and 2.5-3.0 for 5 minute slow down......
I'm trying to get to 1.5 miles in under 30 minutes.......I am up to 1.35 hope to get the 1.5 by the end of next week without killing myself......
Getting better....when I first started I could barely go 1.5 for 15 minutes
