Small chicken breast with spaghetti sauce and parmesan cheese
1 cup whole wheat spaghetti with sauce and cheese
1/2 can pineapple chunks
1 can vegetable soup
Crystal Light peach ice tea
Evening Snack
1/2 cup no sugar, low fat ice cream
