Breakfast 1/2 grapefruit 1 cup Wheat Chex 1 cup 1% milk 1 mug coffee 2 cups water Lunch 2 whole wheat pita pockets with spinach, tomato slices, 6 slices turkey lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo 1 pear 2 cups water Dinner Small chicken breast with spaghetti sauce and parmesan cheese 1 cup whole wheat spaghetti with sauce and cheese 1/2 can pineapple chunks 1 can vegetable soup Crystal Light peach ice tea Evening Snack 1/2 cup no sugar, low fat ice cream Denise Phares
