Spring Break
Whew... Its been a while. Thanks Angela for scooping me back up! Lol. What in the Nor-easter? Anyway I went back on track last week but deviated this weekend in SC. But Im not going to let that backtrack me too much. Onward and upward.... or downward... Lol. So how was everyone's weekend? Any breakthroughs? I borrowed Walk away the pounds from the library. Its good. Still havent gotten through the whole workout- I think thats 2 miles. Id say im at a quarter if that. Um, going to a tops meeting tomorrow. Found one in my area after the post a couple days ago. Well see how that works. I will update you guys later. Have a great week!

Welcome back! I have the Walk Away the Pounds book but none of the dvd's (in my vast library of diet/exercise books LOL).
I felt like a slug all weekend. I stuck to my eating plan but didn't even exercise on Saturday (forced myself to treadmill on Sunday). Yesterday was a gym day for me though (as is tomorrow), so that will get me puffing again.
I'm still considering signing up for TOPS, WW, or the Maintenance meetings for my old HMR program. I think an in-person weigh-in each week makes for a lot more will power. :-)
Anyway, look forward to seeing you post.
