  1. Have you ever been in a fistfight?
  2. What do you think Chris is doing right this minute?
  3. How many stitches have you had? Broken bones?
  4. What time do you go to bed? Wake up in the morning?
  5. Do you think children are less safe in this world?

1. Yes, I'm a country girl. 2. Eating 3. No stitches, broken arm.

4. 10:30, 4:30 5. Yes and no.  I think the same things were happening when we were kids, we just didn't have access to the media like we do now, people tended to cover up incest in a family, and the exploding population means that pedifles (sp?) have greater access to children.  AND parents are home less, so I guess I should say yes, huh?

1.  If a one-sided fist fight counts, then yes.  My early childhood years (<10) were in a rough section of LA, and I wa**** in the face/head on more than one occasion. 2. Lounging on a South Pacific isle sipping ice water under the shade of his cabana tarp?  ;-) 3.  With all the injuries I've had, I never had any of them stitched! LOL  The only stitches I've ever had were self-admininstered when I've removed moles in the past.  My broken bones have included: nasal bones, right 4th toe, and right 5th metatarsal in my foot.  (I also have a muscle that was ripped loose in a horse accident which is balled up and atrophied by my right elbow.) 4. Like to be asleep by 10:00 at the latest ( can fall asleep much earlier :-) and am usually up between 4:30-5:00 am 5. Absolutely

1.  I have never had anyone, nor have I used fists.  Been in a shoving match with a girl in eigth grade, and one with my first husband (who had an eightth grade mentality LOL) 2.  Chris is sitting on the porch overlooking the valley with a cup of coffee hating himself for thinking of going for a walk/jog, but rebelling against that idea. 3.  I had 2 caesarians, think that is actually staples, right? Otherwise, none. No broken bones to date! 4.  9:00-9:30 - up at 4:35 or so.  5.  I think there is an improvement in discussions about it; I know that in my family, things were accepted and swept under the rug lots more so than these days!  Most parents are way too protective, so that does help. Too many child molesters still get off scot free or serve very little time. Too many wicked parents who hurt their kids get away with it.  I think there is the same amount of danger there has always been, but people are far more recognizant of it. So, my answer is children are somewhat safer.

1.  Yes when I was in the 8th grade. I won :) lol 2.  Honestly....sleeping at this moment. If not sleeping, well today is his wifes birthday maybe doing something fun with her. 3.  No broken bones, but I have had 5 stitches in my chin twice. So ten there. I have torn most of my ligaments in my right ankle, a couple in the left, I had some invisible stitches or the ones that fade I dont know in my knee and some visible ones from the scope from the surgery on my knee as well i think 4 of them. Oh and from pitching so much for softball my right wrist this only happens when Im pitching the two like bones or something rub together I dunno it's odd. Yea I have ruined my body. Eh... 4.  Umm 1am at the latest on weeknights and I wake up at the latest 7:45am. Um weekends I stay up as late as 4am? Depends on what I am doing and I wake up whenever I wake up...2pm? haha I love to sleep. 5.  You know I am not sure. Yes and no maybe? I mean nothing will ever really change. There are still bad people out there. So I'm not sure?

1) No, never.  I'm not violent and I always got along with people.

2) I think he's indulging himself like a little piggy and loving it

3) None and none.  I've been lucky.

4) I go to bed at midnight and wake up around 9.  I work from 10-7, so I get to sleep in a bit.

5) No, I don't.  Based on the amount of crime that occurs to adults versus children, children endure much less.  I think that the crimes committed to children are often seen as more hellish, but that doesn't mean they're less safe. It just means we nurture children and feel for them more than we do each other.  I think that's sad.

1.  No....I don't want to hurt my fist.  If I see trouble I'm heels & elbows outta there.  2.  Thinking of something witty to write back.  3.  more than I can count......more than I can count..... 4.  10:20 pm/ 5:00 am 5.  yes, with the internet and predators we have to watch everyone and everything to protect our children.
The BIG SECRET in life is that there is no big secret.  Whatever your goal, you can get there if you're willing to work.

1.  Not in years, but if I have to......I don't worry about the silly things now 2.  Worrying about gaining weight while on vacation 3.  Unless surgeries count....none......plenty of broken toes from drunken nights 4.  9-10 pm and 4:30-5:00 am 5.  I think they are just as safe....we are just more aware of the craziness in it!  They will never have the carefree childhoods we enjoyed.....playing outside in the neighborhood until dark (or when our momma called us by our middle names) going to corner store for gum, or trick-or-treating on their own without armed guard....

1. Many as a teen, none as an adult. 2. No idea! 3. I've broken both arms (not at the same time) and had stitches at least 10 or more times, many of them on my head.  Maybe that's why I'm a bit stubborn. 4. Bedtime between 10pm and midnight.  I get up anytime between 6 and 9:30am. 5. That's a hard question to answer.  I think the media certainly makes it seem like its a much more dangerous place now, but I don't know if that's reality.
