3/4 cup orange juice
1 cup 1% milk
1 mug hazelnut coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
Breakfast biscuit with turkey sausage patty, cheese, and egg
1 large Slimfast bar
Hash brown potato triangle
Fruit ****tail
2 cups water
Dinner
Rotisserie chicken leg and wing
1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine
1 can New England clam chowder
1/2 can light fruit ****tail
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
Evening Snack
2 graham crackers

So far today I've held tough (despite all this TOM head hunger stuff).
6:00 am - South Beach protein bar
8:30 am - Zone Perfect protein bar
11:00 am - South Beach Caesar chicken wraps
1:30 pm - beef & bean burrito
4:00 pm - beef & bean burrito
6:30 pm - probably some NF/SF pudding (or maybe another burrito LOL)
I'm blaming this burrito kick on my PMS cravings. I haven't had one in months even though they're always in our freezer for the kids. Suddenly, as of yesterday, it's burritos, burritos, burritos! :-) I am a bit behind on water (only 60 oz so far), and I seem to be in exercise avoidance today. Hopefully my dang period will get here soon so I can get my head on straight.
