1 cup 1% milk
1 mug coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
2 whole wheat pita pockets with spinach, tomato slices, 6 slices chicken lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo
1 pear
2 cups water
Dinner
Pork chop on griddle
Baked white potatoes (small) with 1 tsp. margarine
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 can vegetable soup
Crystal Light peach ice tea
Evening Snack
1 Slim A Bear no sugar, low fat ice cream sandwich

So far, I have lost 11.5 pounds on this 1600-calorie diabetic food plan. Even when I don't stick to it as closely as I should, I still lost weight! Good luck to all of you, too!
