Abstinence - Day 58
Breakfast
1 cup Cream of Wheat
1 cup 1% milk
1/2 grapefruit
1 mug coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
2 whole wheat pita pockets with spinach, tomato slices, 6 slices lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo
1 pear
2 cups water
Dinner
1-1/2 cups vegetarian stew
1/2 can pineapple chunks
Crystal Light peach ice tea
Evening Snack
1/2 cup no sugar, low fat ice cream

I skipped Day 57 because I did not get on the computer yesterday.

My day was little odd routine-wise:
6:00 am - South Beach protein bar
8:30 am - Erin's leftover Eggo waffles (naughty naughty )
11:00 am - South Beach Caesar chicken wraps
1:30 pm - Lean Cuisine Swedish meatball meal
4:00 pm - Entire box of sugar-free/fat-free butterscotch pudding
6:30 pm - didn't end up eating anything which I'm sure I'll regret tomorrow morning
Did 55 minutes on the treadmill this morning with my handweights/arm exercises, then finished the taxes off finally, then went to the gym this evening and did two hours of elliptical, stationary bike, and weights. My day's been kind of off cause I desperately wanted to concentrate on getting the taxes done today so I took one of my Adderalls (for ADD) so I could focus. The thing is, I've avoided taking any at all since I started back on my weight loss program again on August 28th (I'm supposed to take one every day). Since I'm not working right now, it's not the end of the world if I'm a little distracted, so I stopped taking them because I didn't want to start trying to use them for their weight loss effects. So my appetite's been blunted all day (hence skipping dinner) which I'm sure I'll pay the price for tomorrow since I did 900 calories of cardio and only ate 1,250 calories. Sigh...well, at least the taxes are over and done with (my annual nightmare).
