Abstinence - Days 54 & 55, weigh in

I weighed myself, and I lost three pounds in March. That's a good loss, but I will try to do better in April.
Breakfast
1 whole grain English muffin with margarine
1/4 cup scrambled egg substitute
1 cup 1% milk
1 mug hazelnut coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
Cornmeal mush
1% milk
Dinner
Passover Seder plus dessert

Breakfast
5 buckwheat pancakes with margarine, honey, and light syrup
1/2 can corn beef hash with 2 poached eggs
3/4 cup orange juice
1 cup 1% milk
1 mug hazelnut coffee
2 cups water
Morning snack
cookies, jelly beans
1 cup coffee with Sweet N Low and flavored creamer (french vanilla)
Lunch
3 plain pita breads
5 slices cheese
9 prunes
2 cups water
Dinner
Rotisserie chicken leg and wing
1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine
1/2 cup light fruit ****tail
1 can New England clam chowder
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
Evening Snack
1/2 chocolate bunny
2 cups water

Thats awesome Denise, they say slow and steady wins the race. Oh BTW, I love buckwheat pancakes. I eat them almost every morning for breakfast. I just bought an waffle iron this weekend and they turn out perfect in it. I have bad luck with the pancakes. Some big, some small, some burnt, some wouldn't turn over, blah, blah, blah!
