Weigh In.....
So I weighed, and remember this week I did my own thing, I incorporated foods I like to eat and I didn't have to TOTALLY limit everything like the clinic says. So I lost another 3 pounds. Which is good. I proved that I can eat more of a variety of things. Like jello, low fat no sugar added ice cream, canned food! Peanut butter. Because with the clinics plan I'm not allowed to have that and basically I'm VERY limited to food. Everythign HAS to be fresh. It can not be canned, and I can't have things like cheese, yogurt, bananas, canned veggies, anything canned at all. So I'm going with my own thing. I basically wasted my money but hey stuff happens, I'll make some more. :-) Anyways...HURRAY! 3 pounds!!! Also, I figured out what I am doing for my 21st birthday. I went and played poker with some old friends from high school last night and well we're gonna go to the races like normal. And one of my girlfriends is making me a sash hahah that I have to wear and I have to wear a tiara. And we're just gonna be crazy and drink. I'm not going to go overboard, but it should be a pretty crazy and fun time!
