Abstinence - Day 53
Breakfast
1 orange
1 cup Corn Chex
1 cup 1% milk
1 mug coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
One of Penny's frozen meals
2 plain pita breads
2 cups water
Dinner
Steak on griddle
Baked potatoes (small) with 1 tsp. margarine
17 grapes
1 can vegetable soup
Crystal Light peach ice tea
Evening Snack
1 Slim A Bear no sugar, low fat ice cream sandwich

Hiya Denise,
My schedule was kind of screwy today since I had to ring steward at a dog show most of the day. So I had to fall back on my protein bars:
6:00 am - South Beach protein bar
8:30 am - string cheese
11:00 am - Zone Perfect protein bar
1:30 pm - Zone Perfect protein bar
4:00 pm - Caesar salad
6:30 pm - Caesar salad
I treadmilled for 53 min this morning at 5:00 am so I could make it to the dog show on time. Doing good on my water (about 70 oz so far today). Keeping myself on "high-alert" to avoid any Easter binges. My intention is not to eat any chocolate/cookies/cake/pie/etc... cause I know what will happen once I put my toe in the water...Niagara Falls! LOL
Since I tend to self-sabotage anytime I get close to a milestone, I'm really working hard at compliance. I'm at the exact weight where I "quit" and started regaining in 2005 which is 3# away from a Normal BMI. I have a visit with my psych on Monday, so hopefully I can stay focused on getting to 149 cause once I make it over that hump, I should be out of the danger zone.
Then the next one will be 144#...when I will qualify for a Century Card. :-)
