Breakfast
1 banana
1 cup Rolling Oats cereal
1 cup 1% milk
1 mug coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
2 whole wheat pita breads
Pork riblets
Baked beans
Broccoli and carrots, cooked
Mandarin orange slices
2 cups water
Dinner
Tilapia filet on griddle
2/3 cup brown rice with 1 tsp. margarine
1 can no salt mixed vegetables
17 grapes
Crystal Light peach ice tea

I need to eat at your house! LOL Here's my boring day:
6:00 am - South Beach protein bar
8:30 am - Zone Perfect protein bar
11:00 am - South Beach ham/turkey wraps
1:30 pm - entire box of NF/SF butterscotch pudding
4:00 pm - fixing Caesar salad
6:30 pm - more salad
I've already had 80 oz of water so far today so will easily hit 120oz by tonight. I'm having an EXTREMELY compulsive day today (exhibit a - too much time on the Forum :-), so I've already treadmilled twice and may do it again this evening cause otherwise I'll probably end up doing something less constructive and naughty.
