Julie: I started LA Weightloss on 3/15/07 and I love it!! Their balanced program makes so much sense and they really want to hear how you're doing when you go in for weigh-ins. I've lost right at 10 pounds in 3 weeks, which is pretty damn good I think!! I have Type II Diabetes, so I couldn't do the initial 2-day liquid "take off". I probably would have lost 4 or 5 pounds the first week if I had instead of 2. I have noticed that I feel so much better in general. I'm not exhausted all the time and my blood sugars are staying pretty level due to eating the right foods and portions 5 X daily. I haven't really gotten into exercise, other than 1/2 hour walks every other day or so. They told me they won't worry about exercise too much until I hit a plateau or around the 3rd month, which ever comes first. By then, I should have lost 25 - 30 pounds and I will be more likely to want to exercise.
