HOW DID YOU MOVE TODAY?
Good for you doing all that exercising. I went for a 5 mile walk yesterday and my knees are really bothering me today. I went for a 40 minute walk tonight. I don't know how far that is I just walked until it got dark. Let's have a great week and stay focused. My kids are on spring break all week so I have to incorporate them into my diet and exercise program. This may be a *****allenging but I'm well stocked on all my fresh fruit and veggies. I think a nice day walking on the beach will be on this weeks schedule.
