Frisco sandwich (like a patty melt)

1 small bowl chili with crackers
Whole milk
Small milkshake
Dinner
Rotisserie chicken leg and wing
1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine
1 can New England clam chowder
1/2 can light fruit ****tail
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
Evening Snack
2 graham crackers
