Abstinence - Day 47
Yesterday I had a "slip" at lunch time. I ate 2 pita breads I didn't need, after lunch. But was back to abstinence by dinner time! The reason I slipped was because I ate prunes with my sandwich at lunch time. Since I cut out the yogurt to save money on my shopping bill, I need a good-sized fresh fruit with my sandwich at lunch time. Otherwise, I feel deprived, and want to eat more. I probably shouldn't use the prunes as a lunch time fruit anymore.
Breakfast
1 whole grain large bagel with crunchy style peanut butter
1 banana
1 cup 1% milk
1 mug hazelnut coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
Scrambled eggs with bacon mixed in
2 turkey sausage patties
1 potato pancake
Chunky style applesauce
2 cups water
Dinner
Chicken breast with white sauce
1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine
1/2 can tropical fruit salad
1 can no salt mixed vegetables
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
Evening Snack
1 small bag M&Ms Peanuts
3 cups popcorn
2 cups water
