2 whole wheat pita pockets with spinach, tomato slices, 6 slices turkey lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo
1 peach
2 cups water
Dinner
Leftover Special Chicken Cacciatore
1 cup whole wheat spaghetti
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 can no salt mixed vegetables
Crystal Light peach ice tea
Evening Snack
1/2 cup no sugar, low fat ice cream

1/2 c micellar milk + chai seasoning
hi protein soup + soy chips
red grapes, 1/2 banana
2 cups cheese tortellini + 2 Tbs parm cheese + 1 c tomato sauce
2 pieces oat bread + light spread.
1 c nonfat milk
used up over 7 points of exercise for this large supper - 13 points earned for a 85 minute fast bike ride, 7 points for a 55 minute fast walk.
