It's better than fast food. My clinic would have my butt for it. lol All that sodium. My diet consists of very LOW sodium. I never really liked pinwheels. But sun chips oh yummy.  They're better then reg. chips deffinitely.  So I say this isn't "bad"  ---Christa

Cool, well at least I know I didn't blow it again!  I kinda was surprised at the sodium too but that was after I polished off the last one!

It's all good.....just be careful the rest of the day--can't deny yourself everything--gonna go crazy when you let the "goodie" demons finally take over--Richard Simmons even says if you want a snickers eat the dang snickers but just a small one (he's kept it off for years).....actually you can eat most everything in moderation.....I'd wait until I hit my goal weight though (talking about myself)..... I almost fell off track yesterday!  My office had a goodie day and boy do we have some good cooks!!!!  I just said no and ate my soup.....I'm not hungry I just wanted it psychologically...ended up calling doctor's office almost in tears....they talked me down......I'm smelling it again today (left-overs) and it isn't bothering me as bad.....They can keep their dang evil goodies!!!! LOL

Good job on not eating what they brought in. And you know that is good that you have someone to call when you're in a situation like that. Because this is a very emotional thing to do. I get emotional over food. I have been in tears. But I don't have anyone to call to calm my butt down and talk me out of things. So keep it up you're doing great!  ---Christa

there are no inherently "good" or "bad" foods!! this is total diet mentality which you need to throw out the window!!!  calories are calories. its all about balence and choices across the day/week/month. there are better nutirtional choices of course. sun chips are addictive but baked lay's have less fat and cals. but if you really want sun chips, go for sun chips. it also depends on your goals. i know you said you aren't a calorie counter, but for examples sake - if you were trying to do 1000 calories a day, 520 for lunch might be a lot but if you're doing 2000 cals, 520 for lunch is more than reasonable....

Lol, good bad, better worse, nutritional un-nutritional whatever!   If I had to pick a calorie plan I'd probably say I'm shooting for 1500 and I'm hitting it about 80% of the time.  That's just a guess though. Whatever I'm doing it must be right cuz I keep losing. Of course that's probably because I'm used to eating 15,000+ calories a day and I've cut it down to at least 2000 or less a day. Maybe I will start counting calories, at least that way I'd know for sure if I've been good or bad..  -edit- Correction "at least that way I'd know how to properly measure my food intake"   hahah Ok, stop it  Andrea, you got me understanding what stage I'm in and now you got me thinking about counting calories. You're just too darn efficient!  :) Btw, I'm pretty sure I'm fully into the preparation stage now. lol  Did my first routine exercise session tonight!   :D
