2 whole wheat pita pockets with spinach, tomato slices, 6 slices turkey lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo
1 peach
6 oz. nonfat, low sugar yogurt with fruit
2 cups water
Dinner
1 thigh leftover Special Chicken Cacciatore
1 cup whole wheat spaghetti
17 grapes
1 can vegetable soup or 1 can no salt mixed vegetables
Crystal Light peach ice tea
