Beginning of a new week
Hi everyone!
Well, after the horrendous food I ate this weekend, I am proud to say I am back on track.
For breakfast today, I had 2 packets of low sugar apple cinnamon oatmeal with a bottle of water
lunch, salad with a tomato basil pizza burger from Morningstar Farms...they are pretty good! No cholesterol/no fat! (on light rye) no mayonnaise....just a bit of ketchup with a pickle.
I even have an orange for desert!
I feel better.... I don't know what I'm going to do for dinner though I have to work tonight at my p/t job and this is usually where I have problems...
anyone have any suggestions?

Hello,
Trust me I have had my off track days. I went on an eating binge for like 3 days. Seriously it was awful. But I got myself back on track. And looks as if you did too. No worries when you screw up. We ALL do. So good job on getting back! Dinner, hmm since you'll be working. Deli meat? Sandwich, or some soup, a big salad. Something easy and that will keep you full. I don't know? Eh, sorry! But keep it going!

When I don't have time to prepare dinner and I want something really healthy I stop by Wendys and get a grilled chicken salad with light dressing of some sort of which I used 1/2 the packet. You could probably get the salad from anywhere I suppose. They store fine in the fridge if you have to wait till you can eat. I've even left one out for a few hours and it was still good.
