Where is everyone?

Hi Kris ~ Thanks for the encouraging words.... it's all true what you said... not to beat ourselves up when we make a mistake..  I LUV mexican too.... my fave restaurant is closed down to relocation to another building..i'm going thru major withdrawal!! It's been about 6 weeks since I've had it... I love chicken enchiladas...  *sigh* LOL

Kris, These ones I get you can get an option of a "white" sauce...it's the bomb diggety!!! LOL

Oh yeah?  I think that's the cheese sauce isn't it??  At my place for no additional charge you can get the white sauces poured over top of the red sauce covered enchilads!  MMMMMMMMMMMMmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!   I'm relentless! lol
