Breakfast 1 banana 1-1/3 cups grits 1 cup 1% milk 1/4 cup scrambled egg substitute 1 mug coffee 2 cups water Lunch 2 whole wheat flat breads with spinach,  tomato slices, 6 slices turkey lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo 1 apple 6 oz. nonfat, low sugar yogurt with fruit 2 cups water Dinner 1 cup Hamburger Rice Casserole 1 can vegetable soup 17 grapes Crystal Light peach ice tea Denise Phares

You are doing so great with your eating.  Congrats.  Have you been losing weight with this plan?  Just curious as to what you would eat on a daily basis before you began to abstain?  This looks like a food plan that you could live with long term and thats a good thing.  Keep up the good work.

It seems like it's plenty of food and very delicious at that. I might have to start following this plan! :)
