What's the deal with water??
Well even if water doesn't really do anything but keep you hydrated I know from experience that not drinking it or replacing it with soda, even diet soda, makes me put on the pounds. I'll stick to my 100oz or so each day. If nothing else it helps with the hunger.
Quitting smoking was really easy for me but like my weight loss journey quitting smoking took several attempts. Each time I quit it wasn't hard at all, what was hard was not going back to it. I just hope that this is the last time I go back to overeating. I, too, gained a lot of weight when I quit smoking. I think the nicotene kind of curbed my appetite or at least gave me something else to do with my hands and lips.
