Your Opinions Needed
I don't even own a scale. I weigh myself approx. every two weeks. I thing 5x a week is way to much. I go to my doctors office and just weigh myself and leave. This is what works for me. If this clinic insists they want you to follow their plan how about suggesting that you weigh yourself daily at home and keep a record. Then once a week when you make it over to the clinic you can take the record with you. Maybe they will agree to that. By the way, I like you have had 3 days in a row of binging and I need some support right now. I saw where you were struggling and boy can I relate.
GOOD NEWS EVERYONE! lol I just got off the phone with the clinic....I can come in every Saturday once a week! Oh yea Oh yea I'm gonna do the dance <--- See there I go dancing away! lol. This will make it easier for me. I'm happy now and content. Thank you all!!!!! Oh and mamanay when I binge...I BINGE lol But i am going to try and control it. :) ---Christa
Well, I like the once a week because then I know i will stay on track because I am building that anticipation for the end of the week to weigh in. Because last week when I was going everyday I got discourage like nothing was happening and I was like well if nothing is happening fine...I'll eat what I want! lol But this once a week thing I think will work wonders for me!
