Lunch
2 whole wheat flat breads with spinach, tomato slices, 6 slices turkey lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo
1 peach
6 oz. nonfat, low sugar yogurt with fruit
2 cups water
Dinner
Chicken breast with white sauce
1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine
1 can no salt mixed vegetables
17 grapes
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
Evening Snack
1/2 cup no sugar, low fat ice cream
