36th day of abstinence
Hi Denise,
Grats on such a long abstinence stretch. I can't seem to get away from losing it at least one day each month. And that tends to ruin that week as far as weight loss is concerned.
Today has been a bizarre eating day for me (probably from the combination of PMS and having my hubby around 24/7). It started off fine:
6:00 am - South Beach protein bar (my usual)
8:30 am - Caitlin's leftover fish sticks (not so usual)
11:00 am - South Beach sesame chicken wraps (back to the usual)
1:30 pm - an entire can of black olives (I told you it was going to get weird LOL)
4:00 pm - an entire box of FF/SF banana pudding (was trying to avoid pudding after this weekend's pudding fiesta)
6:30 pm - Zone Perfect protein bar (what I normally would have eaten at 8:30 this morning)
So the calories were fine, but all that sodium in those olives is going to come back to haunt me in the morning when I weigh (can you spell "water retention"!). LOL Did fine on my water (have already had 100oz) and exercise though (actually treadmilled a second time cause I got mad at my husband and had to blow off some steam). Hopefully, my food choices tomorrow will be a little bit more nutritious. :-)
