Breakfast 1 orange 1 cup oatmeal 1 cup 1% milk 1/4 cup scrambled egg substitute 1 mug coffee 2 cups water Lunch 2 whole wheat flat bread with spinach, tomato slices, 6 slices chicken lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo 1 peach 6 oz. low sugar, nonfat yogurt with fruit 2 cups water Dinner Leftover Mediterranean Rag Out 2/3 cup brown rice with 1 tsp. margarine 17 grapes Crystal Light peach ice tea Denise Phares

Hi, I have just signed on to the site. You are doing so good, I was scheduled for RNY for tomorrow, and I just can't do it.... I am going to try your way. I was scared to death to do it. I love food but need to jus****ch what I am eating. and write it down. GOOD JOB  V. Sickofh20...
