1/4 cup scrambled egg substitute
1 mug coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
2 whole wheat flat bread with spinach, tomato slices, 6 slices chicken lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo
1 peach
6 oz. low sugar, nonfat yogurt with fruit
2 cups water
Dinner
Leftover Mediterranean Rag Out
2/3 cup brown rice with 1 tsp. margarine
17 grapes
Crystal Light peach ice tea
