2 whole wheat flat breads with spinach, tomato slices, 6 slices chicken lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo
1 peach
6 oz. nonfat, low sugar yogurt with fruit
2 cups water
Dinner
6 inch Subway meatball marinara sandwich with American cheese, toasted
Small bag Ruffles potato chips
1 plain cake donut
Raspberry ice tea
