Played with grandsons all day long, beginning at 6 a.m.. on Saturday.  We were at the park at 8:00 a.m.!!!!  We went down there 3x that day (about a half mile away).  We rode bikes, played games. Wore me out.  glad i am a relatively young granny.  Sunday DH and i went to the snow at Lassen Park. Sno'shoed for a couple hours.  I had 1/2 sandwich made on Miltons bread with lite mayo, pringles potato chips, about 1.5 servings, 3 cashew roccas, an apple. Tonight - an early dinner - LOL. Chicken marsala (mix) and fresh broccoli.  Had bariatric foods to round out my day, started with one cup whole grain cereal and one cup blueberries.

Hi Neecee,      Missed you (and Denise) this weekend!  Yours sounds a bit more fun than mine.  We pretty much kept working on the last section of the basement (where the reef tanks are) and helped my 14-year-old son work on his disaster of a bedroom.  I also finished about 5 more hours of CME towards the 100 I have to have finished by June 30th to keep my medical license current without paying a late fee.  The highlight of mine was probably finally sitting down last night to watch the premiere of BloodTies on Lifetime which is based on a series of novels I've read by Tanya Huff.  They did an adequate job with it (still deciding how I feel about the casting).  Check it out if you like vampire/supernatural stuff.
