Abstinence - Day 22
Breakfast
1 banana
1/4 cup scrambled egg substitute
1 cup Rolling Oats cereal (like Cheerios)
1 cup 1% milk
1 mug coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
2 whole wheat pita pockets with spinach, tomato slices, 6 slices chicken lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo
9 small prunes (1/4 cup)
6 oz. nonfat, low sugar yogurt with fruit
2 cups water
Dinner
1 cup Herbed-Port Stew
1 cup whole wheat pasta
1/2 can pineapple chunks
1 can vegetable soup
Crystal Light peach ice tea

Grats on 22 straight days of control. That's really good! Is it getting any easier for you as you continue on?
Here's my food plan for the day (my usual boring stuff that doesn't require fixing):
6:00 am - South Beach protein bar
8:30 am - Zone Perfect protein bar
11:00 am - South Beach wrap
1:30 pm - Lean Cuisine Swedish meatballs
4:00 pm - Caesar salad
6:30 pm - Caesar salad
Have almost 80 oz of water in so far, so 100-120 for the day should be no problem. No formal exercise today cause once again I spent my day lugging bags and boxes out of the basement and over to the storage units/dumpster/horse trailers. (I'm starting to run out of room to stash stuff! lol)
I'm hoping the work crew doesn't show up tomorrow so that I can have a day off. :-) My left heel is killing me from all the standing/walking on concrete (have really bad plantar fasciitis in that one).
