Abstinence - Day 21
I also do exercises with my one client (I'm a home health aide). 15 leg swings, 15 leg lifts to the side, 20 kick backs, 15 knee bends (slight), 15 toe ups, and 20 marches in place.
Breakfast
1 orange
1/4 cup scrambled egg substitute
1 cup 1% milk
1 cup oatmeal
1 mug coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
2 whole wheat pita pockets with spinach, tomato slices, 6 slices healthy lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo
1 peach
6 oz.. nonfat, low sugar yogurt with fruit
2 cups water
Dinner
1 thigh leftover Smoky Paprika Chicken Thighs
2/3 cups brown rice with 1 tsp. margarine
1 can vegetable soup
17 grapes
Crystal Light peach ice tea
