Hey all,      Well, I had a pretty good weekend in some respects but pretty avoidant in others.      Diet - did excellent here...got my protein, water, and veggies in every day...didn't deviate from what I was supposed to be eating      Exercise - did excellent here as well but that was pretty much because I needed to treadmill like a maniac to meet my 162 goal for this morning...treadmilled almost 2 hours on Saturday and 3 hours on Sunday...all because of that stupid Wednesday night binge on the hubby's b-day that set me back like 1.5 pounds (not going to treadmill today to rest my poor toes...will do the other cardio machines at the gym this evening instead if my lungs aren't burning too bad from the mold)      CME (Continuing Medical Education) - finished 4 credit hours (all on anemia and transfusions since it now looks like I'll be going back into Oncology rather than Urology)...need 66 more by June 30th if I don't want to pay a late penalty for my certification...I was very happy I finally made myself do some      Now for the bad stuff...      Basement - I had about 20 more hours of stuff to haul out before the mold crew gets here this morning, and what did I carry out?...nada!   After 2 weeks of hauling stuff out of the basement, I had just had it...that and the meniscal tear in my left knee was acting up (it does NOT like walking down stairs when it's ouchy)...so as soon as I log this morning, it's back the "the pit" for me...HAVE to get the rest of the stuff hauled to either the dumpster, storage unit, or the horse trailer...ugh...just shoot me now      Horses - I had some digital pictures I seriously needed to have taken this weekend of our 2 thoroughbred yearlings, and I didn't even get one done...photography is an area that always seems to get put on the back burner for me (note my still non-existent avatar as proof LOL)...the deadline for those pics is tomorrow, so now it's crunch time      Anywa, here's hoping for a good week this week.
