Abstinence - Day 19
I weighed myself this morning, and I found I've lost 6 pounds this past February! I'm now in the 280's! Hooray! My diabetic, 1600-calorie food plan really works!
Breakfast
1 large whole wheat bagel with peanut butter and strawberry jam
1-1/2 bananas (split one)
1 cup 1% milk
1 mug hazelnut coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
Cornmeal mush
1% milk
Dinner
Steak on griddle
Baked white potato with 1 tsp. margarine
1 can vegetable soup
1/2 can pineapple chunks
Crystal Light peach ice tea
Evening Snack
3 cups popcorn
1 large Slimfast bar
2 cups water
