Breakfast

1-1/4 cups Cream of Wheat
1 cup 1% milk
1/4 cup scrambled egg substitute
1 mug coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
2 whole wheat pitas with spinach, tomato slices, 6 slices turkey lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo
9 small prunes
6 oz. low sugar, nonfat yogurt with fruit
2 cups water
Dinner
1-1/4 cups Nothing To It Chili
1/8 serving cornbread with 1 tsp. margarine
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
