Abstinence - Day 15
Since someone wondered what my daily goals were on protein and calories, they are 5 oz. of protein a day, and 1600 calories.
Breakfast
1 banana
1-1/4 cups Rice Chex
1 cup 1% milk
1/4 cup scrambled egg substitute
1 mug coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
2 whole wheat pita pockets with spinach, tomato slices, 6 slices turkey lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo
1 apple
6 oz. low sugar, nonfat yogurt with fruit
2 cups water
Dinner
1 thigh Smoky Paprika Chicken Thighs
2/3 cups brown rice with 1 tsp. margarine
1/2 can pineapple chunks
1 can vegetable soup
Crystal Light peach ice tea

Heya Denise,
Grats on over 2 straight weeks of control over the food demon.
I had my usual day of hauling eight million boxes/bags out of the basement to head either to the dumpster or the storage units. I'm not going to treadmill today cause my plantar fasciitis is really flared up and my lungs ache horribly from breathing mold spores all day. I think I'm going to have to consider wearing a respirator down there or I may become a thin person who has lung cancer.
Foodwise here's my usual boring day:
6:00 am - South Beach protein bar
8:30 am - a leftover Eggo waffle from Erin's breakfast
11:00 am - Zone Perfect protein bar
1:30 pm - Schwan's diet chicken pizza
4:00 pm - Caesar salad
6:30 pm - Caesar salad
I've only gotten 60 oz. of water in today, so I definitely need to speed that up this evening. I'm still blowing off the last of my PMS bloating.
