2 whole wheat pita pockets with spinach, tomato slices, 6 slices smoked ham, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayonnaise
1 peach
6 oz. nonfat, low sugar yogurt with fruit
2 cups water
Dinner
Last of the leftover Roman Chicken Pot and Riviera Chicken
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
Crystal Light peach ice tea
