Breakfast
1 whole grain English muffin with 1 tsp. margarine
1/4 cup scrambled egg substitute
1 cup 1% milk
1 banana
1 mug hazelnut coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
Cornmeal mush with 1% milk
Dinner
Leftover Roman Chicken Pot
17 grapes
Crystal Light peach ice tea
Evening Snack
1 bag MMs Peanuts*
3 cups popcorn
2 cups water
*Didn't have enough Slimfast bars on hand

Here's my plan for the day:
6:00 am South Beach protein bar (210 cals, 19g protein)
8:30 am Zone Perfect protein bar (200 cals, 14g protein)
11:00 am South Beach turkey/bacon wraps (250 cals, 22g protein)
1:30 pm Schwan's diet chicken pizza (280 cals, 14g protein)
4:00 pm Caesar salad (~290 cals, 4g protein)
6:30 pm Caesar salad (~290 cals, 4g protein)
So ~1,520 cals with 77g of protein. Since I just got my period last night and I'm trying to blow off some water weight, I'm going to shoot for 120 oz of water today since I'll be home anyway. Getting on the treadmill right now for about 55 min, and then rest of the day I'll be hauling more bags/boxes out from our basement. Oh joy! LOL
