Abstinence - Day 11
I finally made it past the 10th day of abstinence! Hooray!
Breakfast
1 orange
1/4 cup scrambled egg substitute
1-1/4 cup Kix cereal
1 cup 1% milk
1 mug coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
2 whole wheat pita pockets with spinach, tomato slices, 6 slices smoked ham, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. salad dressing
9 small prunes (1/4 cup)
6 oz. nonfat, low sugar yogurt with fruit
2 cups water
Dinner
Pork chop on griddle
1 baked yam with 1 tsp. margarine
1 can vegetable soup
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
Crystal Light peach ice tea
Evening Snack
1 Slim A Bear no sugar, low fat ice cream sandwich
I started Step 10 (continued to take personal inventory, and when we were wrong, promptly admitted it). I finally started grieving for my deceased father, who died October 6, 2006. It took me four months to forgive him for mistreating me as an adult. I can hold a grudge forever!
