Breakfast
1 banana
1-1/3 cups grits
1 cup 1% milk
1/4 cup scrambled egg substitute
1 mug coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
2 whole wheat pita pockets with spinach, tomato slices, 6 slices smoked ham, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. salad dressing
1 peach
6 oz. nonfat, low sugar yogurt with fruit
2 cups water
Dinner
Leftover breaded pork loin parmesan with spaghetti sauce
Leftover spaghetti with spaghetti sauce
1 can vegetable soup
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
