Breakfast
1/2 grapefruit
1/4 cup scrambled egg substitute
1 cup corn flakes
1 cup 1% milk
1 mug coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
2 pita pockets with spinach, 4 slices tomato, 6 slices ham, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. salad dressing
9 small prunes
6 oz. nonfat, low sugar yogurt with fruit
2 cups water
Dinner
1 thigh leftover Riviera chicken
1 can vegetable soup
1/2 can light fruit ****tail
1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine
Crystal Light peach ice tea
Evening Snack
1/2 cup no sugar, low fat ice cream
