1.8 pounds gone!
Tuesday weigh in at WW - 1.8# gone in one week!!!! I am at 194.
I love the e-tools. the points tracker is great. Of course, I am having to enter many foods i already have listed on fitday.
I am committing to WW for six months, as i gave to Dr. P.
I think this is a healthier way to go - now instead of being focused on calories and protein, it's more about calories and fiber. Both ways of eating are low fat, which is okay with me.
This will be my 3rd time with WW, and the 'problem with it is getting to meetings. Again, i am committed to six months, their way, not mine. I'll get there.
