1/4 cup scrambled egg substitute
1 mug coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
2 pita breads with spinach, 3-4 slices tomato, 6 slices healthy lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. salad dressing
1 peach
6 oz. nonfat, low sugar yogurt with fruit
2 cups water
Dinner
1 cup leftover Beef in Red Wine Gravy
1 cup whole wheat pasta
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
1 can vegetable soup
Diet root beer
