1/4 cup scrambled egg substitute
1 mug coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
Cornmeal mush
1% milk
Dinner
2 oz. tilapia fish on griddle
2/3 cup brown rice with 1 tsp. margarine
1 can no salt mixed vegetables
1/2 can pineapple chunks
Crystal Light peach ice tea
