1 toasted American cheese sandwich with 2 slices cheese and 2 slices whole grain bread
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 cups water
Dinner
1 cup leftover Dijon-Pepper steak with 1 cup whole wheat pasta
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
Crystal Light peach ice tea
Evening Snack
1 small box Raisinettes
3 cups popcorn
2 cups water

3/4 cup orange juice

1 mug instant coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
1 Whopper with cheese
Large french fries
1 apple pie
1 large strawberry shake
Dinner
Rotisserie chicken (1 leg, 1 wing)
1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine
1 can New England clam chowder
1/2 can light fruit ****tail
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
Evening Snack
2 graham crackers
