1+ cups 1% milk
1 mug instant coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
2 pita breads with spinach, 3-4 tomato slices, 6 slices turkey lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. salad dressing
9 small prunes (1/4 cup)
6 oz. low sugar, nonfat yogurt with fruit
2 cups water
Dinner
Steak on griddle
Baked white potato with 1 tsp. margarine
1 can no salt mixed vegetables
17 grapes
Crystal Light peach ice tea
Evening Snack
1 Slim A Bear ice cream sandwich (no sugar, low fat)
