1+ cups 1% milk
1 mug instant coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
2 pita breads with spinach, 3-4 slices tomato, 6 slices turkey lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. salad dressing
1 peach
6 oz. low sugar, nonfat yogurt with fruit
2 cups water
Dinner
1 cup Roman Chicken Pot
1/2 can pineapple chunks
Crystal Light peach ice tea
