wednesday! All downhill from here...
I had a good day yesterday!
stayed within WW points (23 for the day)
ate my bariatric foods per usual all day long, had a grilled steak/lobster meal with DH last night at home. We made baked potatoes, I had 2T lite sour cream on it, and some bare asparagus. Tiny bit of butter to dip, with lemon.
40 minute wog yesterday morning!
I am not even using any of my exercise points at this time, based on my past experience with doing that. i won't lose if I try to think of those points as spares! All it does is help me make up a couple points here and there.
